Streamlint Terms of Service
Effective date: 2026-05-09 Operator: T&E Capital Partners LLC (Wyoming, USA), DBA "Streamlint." Contact: legal@streamlint.com
These Terms govern your use of streamlint.com and any service offered there ("Streamlint" or the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What Streamlint is
Streamlint is an automated AI tool that reviews a screenshot or short clip of your livestream and returns a structured report on lighting, framing, audio, and scene composition. Reports are generated by a large language model with vision capabilities. Reports are AI-generated and are not reviewed by a human before delivery.
Streamlint is not legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, professional broadcasting advice, or coaching from a licensed professional. The reports are informational suggestions only. You are responsible for what you do with them.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Service. By placing an order or submitting an upload you attest under penalty of perjury that you are at least 18.
The Service is currently not available to users located in Illinois, Texas, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or any jurisdiction we determine in good faith presents legal exposure inconsistent with our v1 launch posture. We use IP-based geofencing to enforce this. Attempting to circumvent the geofence (VPN, proxy, falsified location data) is a breach of these Terms and grounds for refund denial and termination.
3. Your content
When you upload a screenshot, video clip, audio sample, or other content (your "Upload"), you represent and warrant that:
- The Upload is yours, or you have all necessary rights to submit it for the purposes described in these Terms (including any rights of any third party who appears, is recorded, or is otherwise identifiable in the Upload).
- The Upload does not infringe any copyright, trademark, right of publicity, right of privacy, or other right of any third party.
- The Upload does not contain content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or that depicts a minor.
- You consent to the Upload being processed by automated systems including third-party large language model providers, solely for the purpose of generating your report.
You retain ownership of your Upload. You grant T&E Capital Partners LLC a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to process, transmit, and analyze your Upload solely for the purpose of generating, delivering, and supporting your report. The license terminates when your Upload is deleted under §6.
4. Reports
You own the report we deliver to you. You may use it for any lawful purpose. You may not represent the report as having been produced by a human professional, by a particular brand, or as a guarantee of any specific outcome.
We do not warrant that following the report will improve your stream, your viewership, or any other metric. Streaming success depends on factors outside the scope of an automated audit.
5. Payment and refunds
The audit SKU is a one-time charge of USD 29.00 plus any applicable taxes, processed by Stripe, Inc. We never see your full card data; Stripe handles all card processing under PCI-DSS. By paying you authorize the charge.
Refund policy: You may request a full refund within seven (7) days of purchase, for any reason, by emailing billing@streamlint.com from the email used at checkout. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. After 7 days no refunds are available.
We may decline a refund if we determine in good faith that the request is fraudulent, if you have circumvented the geofence, or if you have violated §3 (rights to your Upload).
6. Data, retention, deletion
Uploads are processed in memory and the bytes are not persisted to long-term storage. The structured report content is retained in our database so we can show it to you. Order metadata (email, Stripe session id, country, region) is retained for tax, refund, and fraud-prevention purposes for up to 7 years.
You may request deletion of your report and order metadata at any time by emailing privacy@streamlint.com. We will action verified requests within 30 days.
The full data practice is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
7. AI disclosure
Every report carries the header "AI-generated, not human-reviewed." You acknowledge that AI systems can produce confident-sounding but incorrect output. We do not represent the report as professional advice, certified analysis, or a substitute for working with a streaming coach, audio engineer, or other human professional.
We disclose the use of AI in compliance with applicable AI-disclosure laws including but not limited to the California AI Disclosure Act and similar state statutes. Consumer-facing AI labeling is intentionally prominent, not buried in footers.
8. Acceptable use
You will not:
- Submit content you do not have the rights to submit.
- Submit content depicting a minor in any context.
- Reverse-engineer the Service, scrape it, or attempt to extract the underlying prompts or model weights.
- Use the Service in a manner that places excessive load on our infrastructure (sustained automated bulk submissions outside the documented free-batch flow).
- Use the Service in furtherance of harassment, defamation, or any unlawful conduct.
We may suspend or terminate access without refund for violations of this section.
9. Intellectual property
T&E Capital Partners LLC owns Streamlint, the Streamlint name and logo, the audit rubric, the prompts, the model orchestration code, the report template, and all other Streamlint intellectual property. These Terms grant you no rights to any of it except the limited right to use the Service as described here.
10. Third-party services
The Service is built on third-party providers including but not limited to Anthropic (model inference), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Supabase (data hosting), Vercel (web hosting), and Cloudflare (DNS, CDN, geofencing). Their respective terms and privacy practices apply to the data we send them. We have selected these providers in good faith but are not responsible for outages, errors, or breaches on their side.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT REPORTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR USEFUL.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, T&E CAPITAL PARTNERS LLC, ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (a) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (b) USD 100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability; in those jurisdictions the foregoing limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless T&E Capital Partners LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your Uploads, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any third-party right.
14. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that is not subject to arbitration under §15 will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
15. Arbitration and class-action waiver
Read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, except as expressly excluded below, will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, with the seat of arbitration in Sheridan County, Wyoming. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding.
You and we agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims of multiple persons or preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.
Excluded from arbitration: small-claims-court actions; injunctive or other equitable relief sought in court to protect intellectual property rights; and any claim that, as a matter of applicable law, may not be arbitrated.
30-day opt-out: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing legal@streamlint.com within 30 days of first using the Service, with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" and your full legal name. Opting out does not affect any other section of these Terms.
16. DMCA
We respond to notices of copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. See our DMCA Policy for the designated agent and the takedown / counter-notice procedure.
17. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
